- Can be fitted between the hitch carrier and the one-hand lever quick-release
- Easy on the back, suitable for all Heck-Pack hitch carriers

- For fitting between the one-hand lever quick-release and the hitch carrier
- By operating the lever towards the hitch carrier, the hitch carrier lowers by approx. 30°
- Then lift slightly and the hitch carrier locks firmly back into the horizontal position
- Can be operated in a few seconds with no tools at all

If the lowering mechanism is retrofitted to an existing hitch carrier, the type plate must be replaced, as the payload is slightly lower.
