The role

Office sales administrator (m/f/d)

You are the voice of HECK-PACK before a hitch carrier leaves the works. Hunters, land managers and dealers call or write because they want to know which system fits the vehicle, the towball and the job. You listen, settle the details and turn that into a clear quote, a clean order and the right delivery note.

After that the contact stays with you. You answer questions about delivery, look after spare parts and complaints and stay with the customer after dispatch. You also help with the accounts, especially invoices, incoming payments and documents.

The products are made a few metres away. Since 2004 HECK-PACK has designed and built mobile hitch carriers, aluminium boxes, game tubs and accessories in Weyerbusch for hunting, the field and leisure. What you explain on the phone you can pick up in the warehouse and agree directly with production and dispatch.
